Blush & Ink Notary Services
Beaverton Mobile Notary & Remote Online Notary Services
Flexible, reliable notarization for teachers, families, businesses, and community members — evenings, weekends, and school breaks.
What I Do
I provide professional notary services for individuals, families, and businesses in the Beaverton area. As a commissioned Oregon Notary Public, I help clients notarize important documents accurately, securely, and in compliance with state law.
I offer both in-person and remote online notarization, making it easier to complete required notarial acts without unnecessary delays. My role as a notary is limited to verifying identity, witnessing signatures, administering oaths when required, and completing the appropriate notarial certificate.
I notarize a variety of commonly used documents that are prepared by the signer or their legal representative, including school and education forms, permissions and affidavits, powers of attorney, and other personal or business documents that require notarization.
Mobile notary services are also available by appointment, allowing me to meet clients at their home, workplace, or another convenient location. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and school breaks to support flexible scheduling needs.

All notarizations are limited to the notarial act itself. I do not prepare documents or provide legal advice, but I am happy to help confirm whether a document appears complete and whether notarization or apostille services may be required.
I provide in-person and mobile notary services throughout Beaverton and the surrounding Westside communities, including Cedar Hills, Aloha, and Tigard. Mobile appointments are available by schedule and include a disclosed travel fee based on location.

To request notary services, please start by completing a brief intake form. This allows me to review your document, confirm eligibility for notarization, and determine the best service option for your needs.
After reviewing your request, I’ll follow up to confirm availability, fees, and next steps. If an in-person or remote online notarization appointment is needed, scheduling options will be provided at that time.
This review-first process helps ensure appointments are efficient, accurate, and compliant with Oregon notary law.

If your document will be used outside of the United States, it may require an apostille or authentication. To get started, please complete the apostille intake form so I can review the document, confirm the correct process, and determine next steps.
Apostille requirements vary based on the destination country and the type of document involved. After reviewing your request, I’ll follow up with details about timelines, fees, and whether notarization is required before the apostille can be issued.
This review-first process helps ensure your document is handled correctly and avoids unnecessary appointments or delays.
